Anette Prasser has been working in the firm since 1998 and specializes in procurement law, labor/civil service law, and trademark law.

After her studies at the universities in Tübingen and Heidelberg and her second state exam, she began her career as a lawyer in Berlin in 1996 with a focus on real estate and civil proceedings. In 1998, she began at Velten Franz Jakoby. During her time there, she provided in house advising for a large company on various English-language contractual arrangements and corporate projects, among other tasks.

Within the Berlin office, she cofounded the procurement, labor, and market law divisions at Jakoby Law Firm and continues to lead them today.

As an in-demand specialist in procurement law, Anette Prasser works for both tenderers and candidates. She advises clients from the public sector in the implementation of procurement procedures and represents them in review proceedings. She counsels interested companies in the preparation of tenders, and advises and represents them in further procurement procedures and review procedures.

In the field of labor law, Anette Prasser advises and represents clients on contract design, cancellation, and withdrawal. With a focus on civil service law, Anette Prasser advises public sector clients and divisions in staffing procedures and represents them in legal disputes such as competitor law suits. Anette Prasser also counsels and represents employees in the enforcement and implementation of their rights.

In the field of trademark law, Anette Prasser works for medium-scale companies and provides advising on all legal trademark issues. These include the development of brand protection strategies, the registration of German trademarks, EU community trademarks and IR trademarks, constant trademark monitoring, and representation in civil trademark disputes and in opposition and cancellation proceedings.
